Guide Ayman was amazing. He was enthusiastic, helpful, patient and very organized. He set a great mood for the tour, and continued to give the group a great time with hints for exploring, planning our time well and ensuring we knew the plan for the day. He particularly showed his quality when looking after a tour member who became ill, and organizing taxis to get us all in logical groups to the airport at the end of the tour. Ayman also seemed to enjoy being with the group, so we didn't feel like a burden. After the next trip's experience, I'm particularly grateful for his dedication - even on 'free' evenings, he would take us out to show us restaurants or markets, so that we had a deep and real impression of Jordan.
We had a wonderful stay at Jordan. The whole trip was very well planned and organized... Mishal was excellent throughout the trip. Thank you and we will definitely recommend the trip to our friends and family.
