Have just done the Jordan and Egypt in Depth trip, and what can I say but wow! Had never done a package tour before, and had no idea what to expect from the countries either. What a way to travel! Our guide in Jordan, Ahmed, was fantastic, handling the larrikin ways of a bunch of Aussies with ease. And Jordan blew me away, such a fascinating and varied country. Was sad to leave Jordan and Ahmed for Egypt, but little did I know the trip would only get better. In Mohamed's capable and knowledgeable hands, we saw even more incredible sights, with Mohamed sharing his extensive knowledge at every step. Egypt's a beautiful and fascinating country, and I would gladly go back. Thanks to Ahmed and Mohamed for looking after us all so well. If you're interested in this part of the world but worried about perceived danger, please don't be worried. We felt safe at every step of the way...
